At The Pod, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
